We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Porsche Ambassador at Porsche Centre Hull. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating exceptional customer experiences that exceed our customers' expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse customer needs and preferences to identify the most suitable Porsche model and recommend optional features that meet their lifestyle requirements.
- Initiate the customer's investment in the Porsche story and introduce them to our Sales Consultant colleagues, ensuring a seamless welcome journey to Porsche ownership.
- Provide ongoing support and expertise to customers, sharing knowledge with colleagues and taking ownership of training and development across the business.
