ABA Tutor Trainee

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a Trainee ABA Tutor. As a Trainee ABA Tutor, you will play a vital role in supporting children with Autism, working one-on-one and in small groups to help them reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Support children with Autism in a one-on-one and small group setting
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) in collaboration with the ABA/VB team
- Provide feedback and guidance to students, parents, and colleagues as needed
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge in ABA/VB
- Collaborate with the school's leadership team to ensure the highest quality of education and support for students
Requirements
- Passionate about supporting students with Autism and committed to providing high-quality education and support
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and proactive approach
- Graduate degree in a relevant field (e.g., Special Education, Psychology, Education) or equivalent experience
- Experience working with students with Autism or other special needs is highly desirable
