**The Beacon Venue Manager Role**

The South and Vale District Council is seeking a highly skilled Venue Manager to join our team at The Beacon, a community arts centre in Wantage. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the venue, ensuring that all events run smoothly and efficiently.

You will also have experience in managing events, including planning, coordination, and execution. A salary of £43,000-£48,000 per annum is offered, reflecting your expertise and qualifications.

The role is an 18-month fixed-term contract, working 37 hours per week, including evenings and weekends on a rota basis. This opportunity allows you to gain valuable experience in a dynamic and vibrant environment.
