About this role

We're seeking a passionate and experienced Barista Maestro to lead our team at Costa Coffee. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a leadership role and develop your skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Take charge of shifts and support colleagues in delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Maximise sales by leveraging team members' strengths and talents
  • Train and certify new Baristas to ensure high-quality service
  • Stay up-to-date with new recipes and ranges, and share knowledge with the team
  • Drive high standards across the board, from espresso quality to monthly coffee excellence scores

About you

We're looking for someone with a passion for coffee and people, who is reliable, has experience in team leadership, and is eager to take on shared responsibility.
