Role Overview:
Select Recruitment Specialists Ltd is seeking a skilled Accounts Assistant to join our team. This role offers opportunities for professional growth and development within a rapidly expanding group.
Responsibilities:
- Post bank transactions to ensure accurate financial records.
- Balance and reconcile balance sheets for accuracy and compliance.
- Manage fixed assets, maintaining up-to-date records and performing regular reviews.
- Support the preparation of management accounts across the group, providing timely and accurate financial information.
- Provide cover for the sales and purchase ledger teams, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
- Produce ad-hoc reports to assist in financial analysis and decision-making.
Requirements:
- AAT Level 4 qualification or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a finance role, preferably in a similar position.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work closely with the Group Management Accountant, finance team, and business leads.

The estimated salary for this role is £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
