Job Title: Senior Product Designer

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Designer to join our team at Zebra People. As a Senior Product Designer, you will be responsible for leading the design of our products and services, working closely with our cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and user-centered solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design of our products and services, ensuring they meet the needs of our users and align with our business goals.
  • Collaborate with our product management and engineering teams to develop and implement design solutions.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our users, their needs, and behaviors.
  • Conduct user research and testing to inform design decisions.
  • Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across our products.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in product design.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in product design, with a strong focus on user-centered design.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful design projects and products.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, human-centered design, and design thinking.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong portfolio that showcases your design skills and experience.
