Stonewater is seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to drive business transformation and improve operational efficiency.

About the Role

As a Senior Business Analyst at Stonewater, you will:

  1. Investigate operational needs and perform gap analysis to identify areas for improvement.
  2. Contribute to business transformation solution design, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals.
  3. Create Business Cases and outline project proposals to support business growth.
  4. Support and lead Agile team activities, including Stand Ups, Agile Boards, and blocker identification.
  5. Manage and enhance customer relationships and stakeholder management throughout the project lifecycle.
  6. Prioritise, specify, and model requirements using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

You're a natural self-starter who thrives on working with data and challenging the status quo. Your analytical skills and business acumen will enable you to drive business improvement and deliver results.

Your Skills and Experience
  1. Proven track record in analytical techniques to evaluate business practices and identify areas for improvement.
  2. Experience with all aspects of the project lifecycle, from inception to implementation and training.
  3. Expertise in applying business improvement techniques for project delivery and business growth.
  4. Competence in Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
  5. Ability to produce a wide range of Business Analysis products, including use cases, user stories, and process flows.
  6. Experience in environments undergoing significant business change, with a strong understanding of the housing sector.
  7. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
Desirable Skills
  1. Experience with DevOps and the ability to integrate business improvement techniques with technology.
  2. Familiarity with the MIS Active Housing System and the ability to leverage this knowledge to drive business improvement.
  3. Background in the housing sector, with a strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing the industry.
