Trainee Legal Recruitment Consultant

Location: London

Salary: £22,500 - £26,000 Basic Salary + Commission + Benefits

About the Role:

We are seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic graduates to join our team as Trainee Legal Recruitment Consultants. As a Trainee Legal Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing new candidates, attending client meetings, and managing the offer process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing new candidates through advertising, networking, research, and headhunting
  • Attending client meetings and networking events
  • Assessing candidates' experience, arranging interviews, and managing interview processes
  • Managing the offer process - delivering the good news and ensuring candidates are happy to accept the offer

Requirements:

  • Enthusiastic and charismatic with excellent communication skills
  • Motivated and driven, with a strong work ethic and the ability to hit targets
  • An interest in the legal industry
  • Resilient, determined, and able to keep going when things do not go as expected
  • A graduate with a 2:1 or above from a top University
