About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our team at Sytner BMW Cardiff.

As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer care and ensuring that customers receive outstanding service throughout their vehicle's maintenance journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Liaise with technicians and workshop control to ensure timely completion of vehicle servicing
  • Provide expert advice on vehicle servicing and recommend appropriate products and services
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to support business performance

Able to work flexible patterns including weekends, you will be committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and contributing to the success of our team.

About You

We are looking for individuals who possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike. Previous experience in a customer-facing role is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
