We are seeking a National HR Strategist to join our dynamic Education team.
Job SummaryThis is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional to provide expert support to schools and academies nationally.
Key Responsibilities- Lead complex HR casework, providing strategic advice and support to schools, academies, and multi-academy trusts (MATs).
- Manage high-profile projects such as restructures, academy conversions, and school reorganisation.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement HR strategies.
- Advise on safeguarding, employee relations, and statutory compliance while managing risk.
- Deliver training, coaching, and mentoring to enhance leadership capability.
- Represent clients in HR matters, including legal cases and trade union negotiations.
- Lead service development, identifying new business opportunities and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- CIPD-qualified or equivalent experience.
- A proven track record of managing complex HR issues in a client-focused environment.
- Strong interpersonal, coaching, and influencing skills.
- Experience working with senior leaders and building client relationships.
- Hybrid remote role with occasional travel to schools and monthly attendance at Chelmsford HQ.
$70,000 - $90,000 per annum, dependent on experience. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, reflecting your value to our organisation.
