This is a hands-on role based in a fast-paced environment, requiring a flexible approach. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising the labelling and put away teams, ensuring all freight is labelled correctly for the airlines, and training new employees on company processes and procedures.

The ideal candidate will have a detailed knowledge and experience within the aviation freight industry, good commercial awareness, and excellent organisational skills. They will also be able to work under pressure and make decisions quickly.

We offer a competitive salary of £14.50-£15 per hour, depending on shift, and a range of benefits including up to 28 days holiday per year, a workplace pension scheme, and free on-site parking.

Progression to management is also available for the right candidate.
