We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Radiography Assistant Practitioner to join our team at Lancashire Teaching Hospitals. As a key member of our x-ray department, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of high-quality patient care.
Main Responsibilities
- Assist radiographers in acquiring diagnostic-quality x-rays
- Provide support in patient chaperoning and changing procedures
- Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and maintain competency
- Collaborate with radiography practitioners to ensure a seamless 24-hour service

Person Specification
- GCSE in English and Mathematics – grade C or above
- Experience working as an Assistant Practitioner in Radiography

- Previous experience working in an acute healthcare setting
- Able to demonstrate Health & Safety awareness
- Aware of the concept and application of confidentiality
