About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Women's Health Account Manager to join our dynamic team at Theramex Germany GmbH. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and market access for our women's health products in designated territories.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hit sales targets for the portfolio within designated territories, achieving an agreed activity rate on key customers, including GPs, secondary care customers, pharmacies, and others as directed.
  • Build a deep understanding of the environment, covering customers, patients, women's health, and other important disease areas, to develop advocacy, access, and awareness across local health economies for Theramex brands.
  • Facilitate the development of formularies, positive policies, and guidelines for Theramex brands, identifying projects that will deliver a win for the patient, the NHS, and Theramex.
Requirements
  • ABPI qualified with certification
  • A proven track record working in the area as a key account manager, working at payor, secondary, and primary care levels
  • Ability to produce robust business plans that show deliverable results and the impact of your work
  • A good understanding of the NHS at national and local level and ability to influence healthcare priorities at a local level
  • Strong networking, interpersonal, and influencing skills
  • A passion for women's health
  • Full driver's license
  • Computer literacy with standard systems and processes
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent
