Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Coordinator to join our team. As an Architectural Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing large-scale construction projects in the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage construction projects from start to finish
  • Work closely with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Develop and implement project plans and schedules
  • Monitor and control project costs and resources
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in construction project management or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes and procedures
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools
