* Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and validate machine learning models for real-world applications
* Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences
* Experience in the financial industry or credit risk modelling is a plus
