About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Engineer to join our team at BMR Solutions Ltd. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for the effective development and implementation of manufacturing processes and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement methods and procedures for manufacturing processes, incorporating ROS elements to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Implement, apply, audit, and control ROS elements to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
  • Facilitate and promote continuous improvement in assigned areas of the business, driving process optimization and efficiency.
Requirements
  • Strong background in Engineering and/or Manufacturing, with a working knowledge of end-to-end manufacturing processes, MRP, Lean Manufacturing, and Continuous Improvement.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills, with a track record of achieving demanding production targets.
  • Experience working with sheet metal, auditing, budgeting, working to 6s, Lean manufacturing, and production targets.
