Your Role
We are looking for a skilled Freight Forwarder to join our team at Rapier Employment. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for coordinating shipments, managing client relationships, and driving business growth. If you have a strong background in freight operations, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative approach to working with internal and external stakeholders, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinating shipments across the UK and EU
• Working closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences
• Identifying opportunities for business growth and expansion
• Managing customs entries and documentation for overseas shipments
• Providing quotes, costing, booking, and shipping services
• Ensuring seamless tracking and delivery of shipments
• Responding to stakeholder queries and resolving issues promptly
