Care Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Ball Tree Croft, a registered residential service providing person-centred care and support for individuals with learning disabilities.
About the Role
As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in enabling our residents to live fulfilling lives, promoting their independence, and supporting them in their daily activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide person-centred care and support to residents, promoting their physical and emotional well-being
- Assist residents with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores
- Support residents in developing their life skills, such as cooking, cleaning, and budgeting
- Encourage residents to participate in activities that promote their physical and mental health, such as exercise, hobbies, and social events
- Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure residents receive high-quality care and support

About Us
Ball Tree Croft is a registered residential service providing person-centred care and support for up to 15 people over the age of 18 who have a range of learning disabilities. We aim to enable every person to be engaged in their local community to the best of their ability.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to be a compassionate and empathetic individual with a passion for supporting people with learning disabilities. You will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
