About the Role

The Job People is seeking a talented Inspection and Metrology Expert to join our team in Brownhills. This role involves working with CMM machines, analyzing data, and generating reports on component quality.

Responsibilities and Expectations:

  1. Develop and implement CMM programs using PC-DMIS software.
  2. Conduct regular inspections and measurements using CMM machines.
  3. Review and analyze data to ensure accuracy and quality.
  4. Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in CMM programming and operation.
  • Knowledge of engineering drawings and GD&T principles.
  • Experience in PC-DMIS programming, preferably with CAD models.
  • Familiarity with calibration procedures and ITAF standards is beneficial.
