The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering training to our staff, focusing on the development of their social care skills and knowledge.

The estimated salary for this role is £31,000 - £36,000 per annum, depending on experience.

As a Social Care Skills Educator, you will work closely with our staff to identify their training needs and develop customized training programs that meet those needs.

You will also be responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of our training programs and making recommendations for improvement.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
