About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a Premium Makeup Advisor in Portsmouth. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, providing expert advice on our premium makeup products.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for beauty and a desire to learn and grow with our company. You will have excellent communication skills, be confident in speaking to customers and have a keen eye for detail. Previous retail experience is beneficial but not essential, as we provide comprehensive training to ensure your success.

As a Premium Makeup Advisor, you will be part of a dynamic team that is committed to excellence and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with your colleagues to create a visually appealing shopping environment and maintain high standards of visual merchandising.

We offer a competitive industry salary of £25,000 per annum, plus commission scheme eligibility, annual leave, family leave, product discount, staff product concession monthly credit spend allowance, mental health wellbeing initiatives, benefits platform with exclusive discounts and offers, and extensive training & development offering.
