**Assistant General Manager Opportunity**

Hollywood Bowl is a leading entertainment and dining company seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager to join our team. As a key member of our centre leadership team, you will be responsible for supporting the General Manager in driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Salary: £38,000 - £48,000 per annum, depending on experience

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing teams, driving sales growth, and implementing process improvements. You will also possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the General Manager in developing and implementing business strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Lead and manage high-performing teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to shape the future of the company
