About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Registered Manager to lead our Shepherds Bush branch. As a pivotal figure in our team, you will spearhead day-to-day operations, nurture the growth of a compassionate care team, and ensure the optimal number of highly qualified Care Managers is available to deliver unparalleled personal care services to our cherished users.

Key Responsibilities

As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring the highest quality of care is delivered to our clients
  • Leading and managing a team of Care Managers to achieve exceptional service standards
  • Overseeing all processes, from initiation to documentation, to ensure compliance and quality
  • Developing and implementing care plans that meet the needs of our clients
  • Collaborating with other teams to ensure seamless service delivery
