Become a Skilled IT Professional with Baltic Apprenticeships

We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as an IT Technician Apprentice. In this exciting role, you will gain valuable experience and knowledge in IT support and hardware engineering.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing technical support to our clients via the IT service desk.
  • Installing and maintaining photocopiers and other print devices.
  • Troubleshooting technical issues and performing repairs on photocopiers and print devices.
  • Assisting with field support for service issues, which may involve mechanical maintenance.

As part of your apprenticeship, you will work towards your IT level 3 Support qualification, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships. You will also receive ongoing support and guidance from your workplace mentor and the Baltic team.

This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and career prospects in the IT industry. A competitive salary, ranging from £13,000 to £15,000 per annum, is offered along with:

  • 28 days holidays including bank holidays.
  • Company pension scheme.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A strong passion for technology and IT.
  • An enthusiasm for learning and staying up-to-date with the latest IT trends.
  • A proactive approach to tackling new challenges and responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • A grade 5 in English and a grade 4 in Maths at GCSE.

You must have the right to work in the UK and valid residency status to apply for this apprenticeship.
