We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Procter and Street, a well-established company in the Civil Engineering sector. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing project costs, ensuring accuracy and adherence to budgets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement precise measurement and valuation processes for all aspects of groundworks projects.
  • Monitor subcontractor performance, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Provide regular financial reports and updates on project financial status, identifying any cost overruns and implementing corrective actions.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of financial transactions and project-related documentation.
