Personal Tax Senior Opportunity

Bryony Gibson Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Personal Tax Senior to support the Tax Partner in delivering tax compliance and advisory services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and file income tax returns for Directors, HNWI's, Partnerships, and Sole Traders
  • Support the Tax Partner with tax planning and provide day-to-day advice on personal taxation and OMB matters
  • Deal with personal tax and OMB clients face-to-face and via telephone to discuss tax issues
  • Communicate with HMRC regarding penalty appeals, interest objections, enquiries, adjustments, and general day-to-day issues

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience completing personal tax returns in a professional services environment
  • Working knowledge of CCH or similar tax software
  • Excellent communication and report writing skills
  • Organized with ability to meet deadlines
  • Able to use initiative to explore planning research projects

Working Environment:

The team works in the office each day with flexibility on hours where needed. The successful applicant must be happy working in the office as this is not a hybrid role.
