Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Welding Fabricator to join our team at RBSL. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting welding operations to build armoured steel welded assemblies in accordance with manufacturing instructions and quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 year's welding experience, working autonomously, fabricating welded steel assemblies in a manufacturing environment. They will also possess a qualified ISO 9606-1 qualification and be able to read and understand specifications, technical drawings, work instructions and test procedures.

The salary for this position is £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including competitive salaries reviewed annually, annual incentive scheme, life assurance, 5 weeks holiday plus bank holidays, long service rewards with additional holiday, holiday purchase scheme, health cash plan, employer pension contributions up to 10%, and access to high street and gym discounts and cashback.
