Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Civils Sales Professional to join our team at Mitchell Maguire. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth in the drainage and building products sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue in the drainage and building products market
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of sales solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
Requirements:
  • Proven sales experience in the drainage and building products sector
  • Strong understanding of the drainage and building products market, including industry trends and competitor activity
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results-driven sales performance
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative sales solutions
