Job Title: Project Estimator

Blaymires Recruitment Ltd is representing a leading refurbishment contractor based in the UK who is searching for an experienced Estimator / Surveyor to join their business.

The company has a long-standing reputation for undertaking refurbishment, restoration, fit-out, shopfitting, and extension projects across the UK. They work with a diverse range of clients across various sectors, including Retail, Leisure, Education, Medical, Historical, and Office.

Responsibilities:

  • Tendering projects and managing costs across multiple clients
  • Estimating, measuring, variations, and final accounts
  • Subcontract commercial control and valuations
  • Paying attention to positive cash flow and risk management
  • Reporting, forecasting, and developing relationships with subcontractors and clients

About You:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience working as an Estimator or Quantity Surveyor
  • Strong knowledge of JCT forms of contracts
  • HNC or Degree qualification

What We Offer:

  • An estimated salary of up to £60,000 per annum (inclusive of a £5,000 car allowance) + 25 days holiday + pension
