Senior Highway Infrastructure Project Lead

Turner & Townsend Group is seeking a seasoned Senior Highway Infrastructure Project Lead to join our team in London.

As a key member of our team, you will be working on high-profile projects across infrastructure, driving change and supporting our clients' goals.
As a Senior Project Manager at Turner & Townsend, you will work on a diverse range of projects and programmes, including aviation, roads, rail, telecommunications, utilities, and more. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading project teams on large-scale infrastructure projects, ensuring successful delivery and stakeholder satisfaction;
- Maintaining effective relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, and other advisors;
- Developing and implementing project management plans, budgets, and schedules;
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives;
- Identifying and mitigating risks, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations;
- Providing coaching and mentoring to junior team members;
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Significant experience in infrastructure project management, preferably with highways expertise;
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to develop and motivate teams;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working with diverse stakeholders;
- A strong problem-solving approach, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop creative solutions;
- A collaborative mindset, with experience working in fast-paced environments;
- A degree or HND qualification in a relevant field, such as construction, engineering, or management;
- Professional affiliation or certification, such as APM, ICE, CIHT, or PRINCE2;
We offer a competitive salary of £85,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits, including:
