We are looking for an exceptional Animal Centre Lead Technician to join our team at Windsor Forest Colleges Careers. As a key member of our animal care team, you will be responsible for ensuring the day-to-day running of the animal centre is safe and efficient, while maintaining high standards of animal welfare and animal husbandry.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in animal care, with experience in managing teams and developing strategies to improve animal care and welfare. They will also possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.

**Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in animal care management
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to develop and implement strategies to improve animal care and welfare
  • Strong background in animal husbandry and welfare

**Estimated Salary:** £28,500 per annum (dependent on experience)
