We are seeking an experienced Operations Director to join our Ophthalmology Clinic Joint Venture Partnership as a salaried employee, director of the business, and equity stakeholder.
Key Responsibilities- Provide efficient care of the highest quality for patients through the training and development of staff to the highest professional standards.
- Ensure clinical safety and excellent care, leading to the long-term growth and success of the practice.
- Use people management skills to engender a culture of quality, performance, and world-class service.
- Manage the day-to-day running of the practice, working in collaboration with Clinical Joint Venture Partners.
- Be accountable for the day-to-day delivery of regulated activities for the local operating subsidiary and provide positive outcomes for patients.
- Good understanding of CQC regulations, the new framework, and what good governance looks like.
- Demonstrate a commercial mindset with previous experience of managing P&L and budgets.
