We are seeking a skilled Shot Blaster to join our team at Multitask Recruitment Solutions. As a Shot Blaster, you will be responsible for operating shot blasting equipment to clean and prepare surfaces for various applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate shot blasting equipment to clean and prepare surfaces
  • Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and calibrated
  • Work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborate with other team members to meet production goals
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience as a Shot Blaster
  • Proven track record of safely and efficiently operating shot blasting equipment
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with others
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
