Join Our Team as a Care Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with personal care needs, including continence care and medication management
  • Provide companionship and support to customers, promoting independence and dignity
  • Assist with meal preparation, cooking, and feeding, as well as light household chores and laundry
  • Encourage customers to engage in activities and outings, such as shopping and social events
  • Observe and report on customers' health and wellbeing, ensuring their needs are met
  • Record keeping and reporting in accordance with company policy

Requirements:

  • Full and valid UK driving licence
