Job Title: Datacentre Project Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Datacentre Project Manager to join our team at Career Trails. As a Datacentre Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the growth and success of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead datacentre projects from conception to completion
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
  • Provide strategic direction and guidance to the team, ensuring all project objectives are met
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members
  • Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of team members
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying any potential issues and implementing solutions
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and implement best practices in project management
  • Assist in business development activities, including identifying new opportunities and building relationships with potential clients

Requirements:

  • Part Three qualification in Architecture or equivalent
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in datacentre projects
  • Strong leadership and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
  • Knowledge of industry standards and regulations
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Proficient in relevant software and tools
