We are seeking a talented Senior Software Engineer to join our team at beBee Professionals in Kidderminster, United Kingdom. As a key member of our development team, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining complex software solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop high-performance software applications using your expertise in programming languages such as Python, Java, C++, or JavaScript.
  • Lead technical decision-making processes, ensuring that our software solutions meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
  • Mentor and guide junior software engineers, sharing your knowledge and expertise to help them grow in their roles.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, communicating effectively and efficiently.
  • Write and maintain clean, efficient, and well-documented code, ensuring that it is easy to understand and maintain.
  • Troubleshoot and debug software issues as they arise, using your problem-solving skills to find effective solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
  • Strong proficiency in languages such as Python, Java, C++, or JavaScript.
  • Experience with software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum).
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Proven experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure) is a plus.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team.
