The Neonatal Unit at Guy's & St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust is a leading centre for neonatal care, providing high-quality services to babies and their families.

We are seeking an exceptional Clinical Fellow Specialist to join our team, contributing to the delivery of excellent patient care and furthering their own clinical expertise in neonatology.

This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with colleagues to provide complex medical care to critically ill newborns.

As a Senior Medical Team Member, you will be responsible for delivering high standards of patient care, working closely with the multidisciplinary team to achieve outstanding outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing direct clinical care to patients in the intensive care unit, including diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing management.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with families, ensuring effective communication and support throughout the patient journey.
  • Participating in audits and quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and contribute to the development of best practices.

Successful candidates will possess excellent clinical skills, a commitment to lifelong learning, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care. We offer a competitive salary of £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
