Care Assistant Role at Mayflower Care Home

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Mayflower Care Home. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, promoting their independence, dignity, and overall wellbeing.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide personal care and maintain a high level of hygiene for our residents
* Record observations accurately and inform the Senior Nurse on duty of any changes
* Support residents to maintain their independence and identify their needs
* Serve meals and assist residents as necessary

**Requirements:**

* Ideally, you will have experience in the Healthcare sector, although we will provide training to ensure your success in the role
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends
* Caring personality and effective communication skills
