We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mortgage Advisor to join our team at Gascoigne Halman. As a Mortgage Advisor, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients achieve their dream of owning a home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice to clients on mortgage options and products.
  • Work closely with our Estate Agency team to ensure seamless customer service.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry changes and product updates.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

Requirements:

  • CEMAP qualified or equivalent.
  • Full UK driving license.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
