Daytime Healthcare is partnering with a leading private hospital group in the UK to recruit an experienced Theatre Practitioner - Orthopaedic Nurse. The hospital group is renowned for its commitment to providing a supportive and modern working environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in scrubbing for Consultant-led surgeries, assessing patients' health and well-being, and developing care plans tailored to individual needs. Key responsibilities include:

* Scrubbing for Consultant-led surgeries, including orthopaedic procedures
* Assessing patients' health and well-being across a complex and changing caseload
* Developing care plans that take into account the care pathway, perioperative risks, and patients' well-being

Requirements:

* HCPC registration as an Operating Department Practitioner or NMC registration as a Nurse
* Essential experience in orthopaedic or cardiac scrubbing
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Ability to work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team
