We are seeking a skilled Bathroom Installation Specialist to join our team at Niyaa People Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality bathroom installations in social housing properties across Bristol.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out all aspects of bathroom fitting, including the installation of bathroom suites, plumbing, tiling, and finishing work.
  • Work closely with our clients to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring that every installation meets their expectations.
  • Collaborate with our operations team to ensure seamless project delivery, meeting deadlines and quality standards.
  • Conduct site visits to assess and report on installation progress, identifying and addressing any issues promptly.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in bathroom installation, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality work.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to meet changing project demands.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering solutions that meet client needs.
  • Validated qualifications and certifications in relevant trades, such as plumbing and tiling.
