Sales and Business Development Professional

We are currently working with a successful business in the landscaping services industry, seeking a proactive and ambitious Sales and Business Development Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and business development, with a strong ability to generate leads, build relationships, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a sales strategy to drive business growth
- Proactively generate leads through cold calling, social media, and CRM-lapsed clients
- Visit clients that fit the target profile
- Account manage clients to ensure retention
- Manage pricing and sample requirements for customers
Requirements:
- Previous sales and business development experience
- Self-motivated and resilient
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to plan and prioritise as required
- Able to work on your own initiative to meet and exceed targets
