Sales and Business Development Opportunity

We are currently working with a successful business in the landscaping services industry, seeking a proactive and ambitious Sales and Business Development Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and business development, with a strong ability to generate leads, build relationships, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a sales strategy to drive business growth
  • Proactively generate leads through cold calling, social media, and CRM-lapsed clients
  • Visit clients that fit the target profile
  • Account manage clients to ensure retention
  • Manage pricing and sample requirements for customers

Requirements:
  • Previous sales and business development experience
  • Self-motivated and resilient
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to plan and prioritise as required
  • Able to work on your own initiative to meet and exceed targets
