Exciting Opportunity for a Registered Veterinary Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our team at GLG Vets in Hayes. This role offers a unique chance for individuals who are enthusiastic about veterinary care and enjoy working in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality veterinary care and treatment to a diverse range of animals.
  • Perform routine check-ups, surgeries, and emergency care as required, utilizing strong clinical skills and judgment.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed medical records for each patient, ensuring seamless communication with the veterinary team.
  • Collaborate with a dedicated team of veterinary nurses and support staff to ensure the smooth operation of the clinic.
  • Ensure the clinic runs efficiently and effectively during your shifts, prioritizing patient care and safety.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Veterinary degree (MRCVS or equivalent) and a strong commitment to ongoing professional development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with a strong focus on patient care and safety.
  • Experience in both routine and emergency veterinary care is highly desirable, with a commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest developments in the field.
