Job Summary:

E3 Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team. As a Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing complex machinery and equipment in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspections, repairs, and replacements of machinery and equipment.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues, using advanced problem-solving skills and technical knowledge.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and optimize production efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for equipment and machinery.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and technicians.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements, applying new knowledge and skills to improve maintenance practices.

Requirements:

  • City and Guilds Level 3, NVQ Level 3, and BTEC (Apprenticeship) in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, HNC, or BTEC Level 3.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a production maintenance environment.
  • Strong technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, including PLCs and automation.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
