About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join our thriving team at Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a range of residential conveyancing matters and providing excellent service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of residential conveyancing cases from instruction to completion
  • Conduct thorough searches and due diligence on properties
  • Prepare and review conveyancing documents, including contracts and deeds
  • Communicate effectively with clients, solicitors, and other stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record of managing residential conveyancing cases
  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of conveyancing laws and regulations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and conveyancing software
