Company Overview

Job Purpose:

  • To maintain a safe and clean working kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Washing and sanitizing pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.
  • Putting away deliveries in compliance with HACCP policy.
  • Labelling food in accordance with HACCP and allergen policies.
  • Supporting chefs in basic food preparation.
  • Deep cleaning the kitchen as per the cleaning schedule or business demand.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a kitchen environment is an advantage, but full training will be provided.
  • Ability to work safely and responsibly, using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
