About the Opportunity


Aldwych Consulting, a well-established consultancy firm in Cambridge, is seeking a highly skilled 3D Project Manager to work on various exciting and challenging projects across multiple sectors.


This role offers a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.


Job Description


We are looking for a seasoned professional with expertise in delivering project and programme management services across multiple projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing risk within projects, facilitating risk workshops, and managing subcontractors and contractors for transparent and quality delivery.


The ideal candidate will have relevant construction qualification, experience in delivering building projects from inception to completion, and client-facing experience including commission/project basis work.


Required Skills and Qualifications



  • Relevant construction qualification
  • Experience in delivering building projects from inception to completion
  • Client-facing experience, including commission/project basis work
  • Experience in JCT and/or NEC contract administration
  • Good understanding of programme and scheduling software
