Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrator to provide administrative support for our team in Southport, United Kingdom. This role is essential for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and effective communication within the company.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment inventories.
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Manage office filing systems and databases.
