Responsibilities
  • Oversee 10 sites across Devon and Somerset, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Manage and support a team of 20 people, providing guidance and training to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Assess and manage all aspects of plumbing, heating, and cooling systems, including soil stacks and plant rooms.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Identify and resolve project issues proactively, maintaining positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Monitor and control costs, adhering to project budgets and financial guidelines.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in the new build sector, with full knowledge of plumbing and heating systems.
  • Previous contract management or supervision experience, with a strong track record of success.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in managing plumbers, heating engineers, and gas engineers, either on price or salary.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations and industry best practices.
