Responsibilities:

  • Food Preparation and Cooking: To prepare and cook high-quality Italian cuisine, ensuring that every dish meets our standards.
  • Team Collaboration: To work effectively as part of our kitchen team, supporting each other to deliver exceptional service.
  • Menu Management: To maintain up-to-date knowledge of menu items and ingredients, making recommendations to colleagues and customers as needed.
  • Customer Service: To provide excellent customer service, responding promptly to customer queries and concerns.
  • Cleanliness and Organisation: To maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
